Meet Our Founder and CEO

Faizel is a passionate educator and youth mentor originally from South Africa and now living in Indonesia. For many years, he has worked closely with students from different backgrounds, helping them grow in confidence, develop strong character, and discover what they are truly capable of achieving.

He believes that real education goes beyond textbooks and classrooms. Young people also need guidance, life skills, and the confidence to face challenges and pursue their dreams. This belief inspired him to create Excel Academy, a place where students can grow not only academically, but also personally.

Through programs like the Excel Intensive Youth Camp, Faizel works directly with students to help them build leadership, discipline, teamwork, and a positive mindset for the future.

His goal is simple: to help young people believe in themselves and become the best version of who they can be.
